Align Body and Health is run by Pilates Trainer, Ali Barrow , who started training in Pilates  over 10 years ago after the birth of her 4th child. She was so impressed with how gentle yet effective Pilates was in returning back her strength, balance and alignment after the four pregnancies, that she decided to teach both Mat and Reformer * so that she could help others. She is a keen ambassador for Women’s Health and passionate about helping people stay fit and healthy no matter what age. 


Her focus is to align your body skeletally, nutritionally and holistically resulting in harmony, strength, mobility and energy. She has a particular interest in assisting  women who have had children, whether that be several months or many years after giving birth. Her clients range from beginners to advanced, both men and women. She is also a Specialist in Corrective Exercise, identifying and correcting musculo-skeletal imbalances that may be causing pain - such as rounded shoulders, a forward head, an excessive lower back curve or over-pronation of the foot.


She is located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with training at her studio, either inside or outdoors . Indoor training is at her studio (pictured above). She is also available for home or workplace visits. Please enquire for more details on 0488 191040
